Type in the following field the NAME of your clinic and, when the search engine shows it, SELECT IT. The rest of the fields will be filled in automatically. Check that the address you have chosen is correct.
* In case you enter the ADDRESS (street and number) instead of the NAME of the clinic, your clinic's reviews will NOT be displayed on the map.
Please indicate the type of clinic and the therapeutic specialty in which Xsignal is used, so this information can be displayed on the clinic map
